How do I become a customer in your webshop?

As a merchant you can be registered in our merchant shop by entering company-relevant data (for example trading licence). The activation is usually done on weekdays within 24h. Afterwards you will receive a notification e-mail to your registered e-mail address. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot your password?" button and by entering your registered e-mail address. Afterwards you will receive your new, automatically created password by e-mail. 

End customer can buy our jewellery from one of our merchants. You can find a merchant close to you with the merchant search on our website. 


What should I do in case of a complaint?

In this case please contact us by telephone or e-mail firstly.

In general, we will exchange, replace or repair defective items. Please return the sufficiently spamped products back to us. Unfortunately unfree shipment can't be accepted.


How long are the delivery times?

We can ensure fast delivery of our products. Available products can be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Partial delivery is possible on request.


Is the jewellery checked for risky substances?

Regularly our jewellery is checked for the so called SVHC-substances. The Process is taken by the REACH regulation of the European Union.
